If I could give 0 stars I would.
My wife and I took off the day from work to be home for the service call that was scheduled between 9-12.
Pools by Art didn’t bother to show up, didn’t call and after I called them 15 times, a sleepy guy answered and said, oh, I can been there in a couple of hours....
What?
When I asked him why he didn’t show up for the appointment, he laughed and again said, I can be there in a couple of hours, or you can whatever you want to do....
These guys suck.
