This is how the business scam scheme started: - In September 2022, I contacted Sean Priddy when he was the Business Development Director at Creation Technologies to request a quote for the design and fabrication of an electronics system prototype. Instead of providing a quote, Sean recommended that I contact his friend Ace Edwards at endeprofab as he is the US representative for Marturion Electronics Ltd UK. Ace highly recommended Marturion Electronics Ltd, a Northern Ireland-based company, as a committed professional electronic design house with affordable engineering and also as a trusted business partner. - In October 2022, I signed the contract with Marturion Electronics Ltd for the design and fabrication of two electronics system prototypes with a completion date after 13 weeks. - I paid the full invoiced amount on time with no delays, yet the project is 10 months overdue, and I have not received a workable and functional units. All I have received so far are empty promises and excuses. - Marturion did not live up to any of the promises they made throughout the contract. In fact, it has become a common practice for them to always use excuses as a way to delay the project timeline, deliverables, and schedule. - I contacted Mr. Ace Edwards several times, but he refused to answer my follow-up calls. - In November and December 2022, I contacted Mr. Sean Priddy several times seeking his help to mediate and resolve my business dispute with Mr. Andy Barr, but I got no further help. Again, I would urge customers to be vigilant before signing a contract with Marturion Electronics Ltd, and Endeprofab to avoid falling victim to their hidden low fees and bait-and-switch tactics.
