Be careful about paying for more than one month at a time. We pre paid for an entire year and unexpectedly sold our house. We were told we would get a refund for the pre paid months. We have been waiting since February and now it’s the end of May. We have called several times and are told various stories. We never received our refund. It’s sad since we were customers for over 13 years (previously the company was called Liberty Security Systems). If you are looking for a security company, I would keep looking.
