Stay away!! I originally gave this company a 5 star review but unfortunately that was before the school year started. I hate posting negative reviews publicly but I feel scammed and don't want another small company like mine to lose money. Long story short, we paid for advertising in school folders, 23-24 school year. Once my son came home with a different folder, I called the school which told me that they never received folders from this company and that they will not be giving them out this year at all, even if they are late due to having to purchase their own. Confused, I tried reaching out to this company because it was my understanding that folders would be sent out the first week of school. I am now told that I will not receive a refund and there is NO guarantee of any time line folders will be delivered or if the school refuses to disperse them. There was ZERO communication that my ad wouldn't be seen by anyone until possibly January (which is now not on the table at all). The company has offered me a full pocket ad but once again, there will be no folders this school year so that doesn't equate to anything. No product. No refund. Scam.
