The Commission found that Ms. Wager-Ford misrepresented to sellers in an Installment Land Sale Contract for her purchase of their home that she would complete the purchase within six months when she did not. The Commission also found that Ms. Wager-Ford made a false promise of a character likely to influence, persuade or induce, induced the sellers to sign an agreement requiring them to violate the terms of their mortgage, and refused to provide records and information when requested to do so by the Commission
