From CDL Physicals & Drug Testing To Fingerprinting, We Can Do It ALL! DOT Grove City is a CLIA-waived lab, conveniently located just 1 mile off of I-270. We pride ourselves in fast, friendly service at a fraction of the cost of competing labs. We provide drug testing (urine/hair), alcohol testing, employment, CDL and sports physicals, BCI/FBI fingerprinting for background checks, and employer consortium services. Our providers are all certified through the National Registry to perform CDL physicals. We also offer T8 (Bus Driver) and aviation physicals, as well as after-hours drug testing when requested.
