My daughter has been attending their adolescent outpatient program for a little over a month now. Having utilized most of the services the Central Coast has to offer, this has been, by far, the most successful program she's attended. They were professional and courteous throughout the interview process. They answered each of my questions and addressed all of my concerns which gave me the room to doubt and mistrust until time could prove otherwise. Staff are invested in the clients (groups are small so participants are given a lot of individual attention.)The activities seem to be varied and tailored to the age group, so they're doing stuff they actually like. The administration goes above and beyond to work with insurance companies to ensure clients are released when ready rather than when money runs out.
