Do not use Pool Squad out of Princeton, TX Being away a few weeks, I used Pool Squad to maintain my pool. I cannot recommend them because they do not understand pool equipment. When I returned home from my trip, I discovered they removed the off clip from the Polaris Timer which means the Polaris motor ran dry when the other pool filter timer cycled off. Consequently, my Polaris sweeper motor got destoyed and no longer functions. When confronting the owner, Eduardo, he denied he or his staff did anything wrong. That was an outright lie. He also did not rotate the backwash valve correctly and ruined the spider gasket inside the valve resulting in the valve leaking water into the street. All told, I am out more than $600 to replace the polaris motor and filter valve. When confronted, he insulted me and drove off. He shows no responsibility or accountability.
