I schedule an appointment with them on a Saturday from 8 to 12. I had confirmed the appointment the day before and was waiting the next morning for the installer to arrive. When the installer did not show up or call by 10 AM, I reached out to Verizon/Asurion whom I booked the service through and they could not even get in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company unless you want to waste your Saturday morning waiting for them not to show.

Had another appointment scheduled for today - waited all afternoon, again no call, no show!! Never buy from Home Depot because they use these people - service is for a maytag wash machine which have not been able to use since November 19th.
