I schedule an appointment with them on a Saturday from 8 to 12. I had confirmed the appointment the day before and was waiting the next morning for the installer to arrive. When the installer did not show up or call by 10 AM, I reached out to Verizon/Asurion whom I booked the service through and they could not even get in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company unless you want to waste your Saturday morning waiting for them not to show.

Homedepot warranty repair of my dishwasher. Fine the first time. Wasn't repaired fully. Second time they came then failed to order the parts. Then third time they rescheduled me then changed mind and ordered the parts and didn't call me. Horrible company.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! waited a week ago for technician, he did not show up or call. Called them, was told they needed to wait for 2nd part to come in. Had another appointment scheduled for today - waited all afternoon, again no call, no show!! Never buy from Home Depot because they use these people - service is for a maytag wash machine which have not been able to use since November 19th.

They were a no-show twice with no phone- call after we took work off two weeks in a row. Could not guarantee a time and gave us a 5 hour window.
