Disorganized with scheduling. Does not enforce their own rules on the form. I was told that they will charge me the $100 for a visit I did not want. I told them to cancel my services about 6 days prior to them picking out a day for my visitation. The contract says you can cancel at anytime as long as its written. The only form of communication I've had with these people have been over the phone and mostly texting, which they initiate every time in the past to schedule a visit. I texted my desire for no more services, and to cancel the visit. Instead i am threatened that they'll draft from my card on file regardless. The form states that they dont facilitate the billing. I always have to pay at the latest a week prior to secure a visit. I have sent these people money in weeks! They don't care about my situation, they are using confusion and intimidation to hassle extra cash out of me! The facility is not even all that great to be paying so much fees. Scam vibes.
