Lack of communication- I was told several times over the past 6 months by my Rep that I would receive updates within a specific time frame and I always had to follow up weeks after had I never received the communication. 2. Lack of professionalism- Many times I have been told "I don't know" "I don't know what to tell you" and "I can't help you" after asking for assistance with getting updates or reaching Matthew and or someone who could help me. As I was told by one of their Directors that "the calls are recorded" so there is no denying it. 3. Lack of effort on my case- I never expected a miracle or a fast resolution but, I was told on several occasions that no one could speak with me because they are busy on other cases. This alone tells me that my case has not been a priority. This was told to me not once, not twice, not three times but on SEVERAL occasions. Again, all calls are recorded so there is no denying it.
