Worked here briefly because it sound like a good opportunity. When I got into the office they were about my age which may explain the unprofessional behavior. The guy who trained me was always cursing and using the “N” word which he was Caucasian and myself of color so you can see my concern. You could tell it made others uncomfortable but no one said much it almost seemed acceptable. Just not somewhere I could see myself lasting with that behavior and he’s supposedly one of the top guys and been there some months now. The manager never said anything which shocked me. Along with that for the short time I was there I worked long days and was barely compensated while training from what I was told we made each day. Never had a job this unprofessional. But there are people that have been there almost a year. Outside of the behavior it was a decent work environment and some of the people were pretty cool.
