We used H2 for a system install. What we were promised and what we got were as far apart as possible. We had a new system installed a little over 2 years ago(May 2021) the system has not worked correctly the entire time. Ryan says our system is a "lemon" that he sold us. Issue after issue, ranging from no heat, no air, unit not turning on, me having to go out and hit the unit to make it kick on. Every single time they came out it was a bandaid and within weeks I was having issue again. He would even send Ricky out to our home, Ricky would diagnose the issue then would call Ryan and then next thing we know Ryan would say it was something completely different. Was promised a zone board ( by Ryan) in writing, which allegedly was ordered and he never got tracking information on. A switch failed on the condenser which caused all of the Freon to leak out. He repaired the switch. We got running and so much condensation built up in the attic that it started leaking through the ceiling.That was Brushed off by H2. We were running for about a week and back to shutting off. Come to find out he completely over serviced the system and now I have a burnt up compressor and we are having to have the whole outdoor system replaced. Every time I contacted him it was an excuse or remark that he's losing money on us and that he had spent the money we paid him in 2021. Mind you Ryan is the one that offered the warranty of 2 years. All we did was give him the chance to fix the system he broke/installed and come through with the part he "ordered". Instead all he cared about was that we were using the service he offered when we bought it. Still waiting on my board I'm owed, he put an incompatible board in and now I'm having to foot the bill for his screw up. We have been without a/c since the end of June. We waited for Ryan to make it right and he still has not.

Thanks Jerry for the review we appreciate any positive or negative feedback we get. For the last 2 plus years we've been going out to your home and fixing this unit as just like you, I have issues with the manufactures and their warranty. They don't pay me to continue going back and forth on these repairs and we didn't build the equipment either. I tried to get it replaced completely through warranty but hit a wall every time. Again, were sorry and wish you nothing but the best.
