No call center, no leaving a message with the nurse, no waiting days until your question is answered; you get direct access to your provider. We believe in restoring the provider/member relationship to help deliver a quality of care that is focused on the member and not on insurance reimbursement. One monthly membership fee means no co-pays, no unexpected costs and no mystery charges.
