ILKB's instructors are the friendliest, most welcoming people on the planet. They don't judge you in the slightest, and that's the greatest motivator of them all. The best way to achieve your fitness goals is to surround yourself with people who believe in you and want to see you succeed. The workouts are incredibly effective, but much of it hinges on the fact that the instructors are great at what they do. You never feel like a stranger at ILKB in Fairfield because, beyond being good at their jobs, the instructors also feel like old friends you've known your entire life. And it's always wonderful to have friends by your side as you work to accomplish your goals!

ILKB has really helped me get down to business when it comes to my fitness goals. The workouts are actually kind of addictive. Even when you don't think you can make it through, you find that inner strength to push yourself further than you ever thought possible. You not only leave with a sense of accomplishment each and every time, but you also feel an overwhelming sense of peace and happiness. It's quite fabulous, in fact. Plus, if there's ever an instance where you can't master a certain move, the instructors always come around to make sure you get the individualized attention you need.
