This place is great! The coaches motivate you to push yourself through this great hour workout! The workouts are purposeful and the environment is fun! Highly recommend it!

Finished my 1st week and WOW! I feel much more energized and can't wait until my next class. The instructors are fun and motivating. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to the gym for past few years but i wanted to try something new. I was debating to try kickboxing or bootcamp. I searched on groupons and found a 10 sessions deal for only 49.99. after my first class i fell in love i decided to signed up. Don't compare this to the kickboxing class at the gym bcoz it was totally different. the coaches are very supportive and keep you motivated. They guide you to get the correct forms and techniques. they pushed you to do better and to challenge yourself. This is the only workout I'm looking forward to after i work for 12 hours. I burn more than 500 calories in an hour of workout. I've been attending the class for 3 weeks now usually 3x/week. I can't wait to see the result. I think i finally found a workout that i'll stick with for a longtime. Plus the studio is nice and clean.
