My daughter is losing her house because of these people! And their incompetency! My daughter owns her own house, which I am not on the title, and despite the assurances of these people that "your daughter and her house will not be affected!" she is losing her house due to my bankruptcy! Which she is NOT a part of!? And a bankruptcy which never should have been filed!
They claimed that my student loan could be part of the bankruptcy then wanted another $3,500.00 to address that!
I really can't even begin to address the problems about this firm, this attorney, their paralegals, and the problems that they've gotten me into over what should have been a simple bankruptcy - One that I never should have filed if I had gotten competent legal advice!
I will be filing complaints with the Georgia Bar Association over his conduct!
