Divine Savior Church is committed to connecting people to Jesus in relevant and engaging ways because we believe Jesus changes lives. We do that by providing opportunities to worship, connect to God's Word and other people, and honor Him by serving the Divine Savior family and local community in a Christ-centered environment. Our Sienna Plantation campus is located in the greater Houston area.

St. John is a Spirit -based congregation, working to assist people in finding purpose in life through faith in Jesus Christ, and to receive forgiveness for sin, love for the hurts and guidance for life. St. John Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. was ordained the Year Of Our Lord 1869, as St. John Colored Baptist Church, in what was, at that time the tiny town of Dewalt, Texas. George Dew gave the Church property for worship service near the Dew home on State Hwy. 6, and later, circa 1933, swapped that for the present location, where the Church has enjoyed continuous worship. In July, 2006, an arson fire destroyed parts of our facility, but services have continued, and we are now trying to accumulate enough funds to replace and repair our facility. We will. with God's grace and blessing.
