John (Owner) along with his son Imran (whom he works with regularly) have taken money and disappeared from multiple people in the community. Unscrupulous and dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Performed shoddy work (plumbing, electrical and building), which all has to be redone, and went through efforts to cover it all up so we wouldnt know. Failed to pay subcontractors and service providers so they are unwilling to fix/complete jobs. Lied to town about work performed to obtain incomplete inspection approvals and presented to us as proof progress was being made. Treats tradespeople poorly. Stole items from our house. Failed to follow architectural plans for remodel. Do not trust.

Do not trust this contractor- John Qureshi (Najam Qureshi). Before signing the contract he will fool you with sweet talks, add on additional projects to the work and make the total amount big. He will then ask for upfront token payment based on the huge amount. If you are lucky you might see him after MONTHS. Whatever work he did was extremely poor quality, stressful interaction with no professionalism. He will also destroy the rest of the house with his breaking and leaving incomplete tactic. Even after full payment and waiting for over an year, he Never completed the job. We are left with torn down house!!
