Don't recommend... was behind on rent maybe once a year & the second we was behind from personal reasons a 5 day notices was being used... understandable for that but for your apartments to have ants everywhere to where I have to spray my own bug spray. Doesn't have A/C so we have to buy our own. Heat doesn't work at all so we had to buy an heater for the winter. There's always something wrong with the apartment. From the door handle breaking to the tub having mold in the inside to it being spider webs in the basement. Washer & dryers don't work properly so you'll have to pay more money to dry your clothes. You put in a maintenance request they suppose to come within 3 days they will come a week after but they're always on time to put trash/ sewer & water bill on there along with rent. U have to pay for parking. Trash always overflows for tenants to have to pay. They don't plow the snow. They will have you move your car & you will come back to nothing done I also had to shovel my own way out but. But It's all good. Was told we can pay $800 by today before it was sent to an attorney but before the night was over the option on the app "supposedly" went away...also I wasn't told nothing about this payment plan but my name is also on the lease she was in contact with my partner but communication has to go through both parties on the lease for an agreement.
