Ron, I am sorry that you are disappointed in the work that AAA did on your home. I strive to do quality work on all my jobs and make my clients happy. I would however like to clear up a few discrepancies that I believe you put in your review of AAA. First, you stated that AAA never covered up your new appliances while we were doing work on your home. However, as you stated in your November 18th text message to me, your new appliances were not scheduled to be delivered until the following week, the week of November 22nd. On November 22nd, you texted me saying that the locks on the home were changed and the alarm was on and we were no longer allowed back on the property. Therefore it would have been impossible for us to cover your new appliances while we were working since by the time they were delivered you had told us we were not allowed back on the property. Second, you stated that the job took longer than expected and that AAA had 30 days to complete the work. Per the contract however, AAA had 30 business days to complete the job, and with 4 Jewish holidays in September there were very few working days in September. Additionally, again as your own text messages state, as of November 18, you still had not received the appliances or cabinet hardware that you yourself ordered, making it impossible for us to complete the job on time. Third, you mention that you had to pay more money to have the work at your home complete, but fail to mention that you only paid AAA half of the contracted price and still owe an additional $21,000. Finally, you mention that AAA never completed the work but fail to mention how you sent me a text message on November 21, stating that you changed the locks and the alarm code and that we were not welcome back on the property. Again I am sorry that things did not work out and that you feel AAA’s work was not up to your standards, but I do not feel that your review is suitable or factually correct.
