Ridge Brothers did a good job on the roof of my stucco home, or so I thought. Approximately one year ago I reached out to Matt to have my two roofs (same house, two levels, second level rubber, third asphalt) replaced. Matt explained that they don't have experience repairing the stucco they needed remove so they could install flashing, but offered to come out when it was to be repaired and take care of flashing. Fast forward to August 2021, three leaks later and gutter aprons that I mostly ended up installing myself, I have the stucco contractor out to give an estimate on the work, he asks about the roof and flashing, I tell him of the arrangement with Ridge Brothers and that I will reach out to Matt, which I have a few times, to which I have yet to hear back from and I do not expect to. Come to find out that they did not flash the dormers (technically gables) in addition to not flashing the rubber (which I knew about) and now I have to use the stucco contractors' roof guy to fix what Matt said he would do.
