Great workout at the ILKB Glen Allen location. If you are looking to switch up your workout routine this should be your first stop. I needed something to remotivate me and this was it. Instructors are fun, encouraging and give great directions & tips each time to make sure you're doing moves correctly and still keeping it engaging. Very clean also! Each month has something new to challenge you. Check them out!

I absolutely love this place! I participated in the 6 week challenge by way of a Facebook ad. I came in on 3/27/21. I'll never forget. I completed the challenge but found it very difficult to walk away. It was life changing. The energy in this place is incredible. The instructors are alllllllll amazing. I've made new friends. It's just all around a great place to be AND get a great workout! If you're considering this place, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

I am absolutely in love with I love kickboxing. It is the BEST way to get an effective fun workout. It's never hard to exercise when it's FUN. I love this place. Been going for over a year now and am very happy with my conditioning and strength! The instructors are very welcoming and make the sessions fun, helping the hour go by fast! The structure and 8 rounds help keep the session exciting as well as challenging. If you're like me and hate gym workouts on your own, this is the place for you. The group sessions are fun with healthy competition.
