Foundation Jiu-Jitsu was founded in 2019 by Jeff Mount, a black belt with over 10 years of experience in BJJ.
Foundation Jiu-Jitsu offers self-defense and modern sport jiu-jitsu for all walks of life. From kids & teens looking to learn how to defend themselves and build confidence, to working adults seeking a new physical and mental challenge that is fitness-building, fun, and rewarding.
