Like a wholesale distributor of private label clothing, manufacturing orders can be as high as 100,000 pieces per month. The process to establish a style for production has been simplified to make it easy for startups and experienced manufacturers to establish new styles. Denim sourcing, patterns, samples, washes, dry treatments and branded trim are all taken care of. The pattern is made from the fit reference garment that was sent in by the customer. The wash and dry treatments can be submitted with photos to show examples. Once the sample is made and approved a production order can be placed for a minimum of 50 pieces total. Many boutique owners and buyers know what fits they sell in their stores. By following this process nearly all difficulties to establish a style are eliminated. It also saves time with sample delivery usually within 4 weeks of fabric selection.
