Buyer beware! Arizona Overlay was eager to sell us their services, and after we signed the contract, and the overlay was completed (a nightmare) that's where their interests stopped. Promises were made, and a 3 year warranty was agreed on. The overlay started to crack less than 3 months old. A few months later multiple cracks started to appear. After several attempts to get them to honor the warranty they ghosted us on multiple occasions. Many appointments were made just to be stood up. No calls, no excuses made, no communication, no apologies. Just no shows. Finally after multiple calls and texts they did show up but without the materials needed to do the repairs. Again, more promises were made to come back and finish the repairs. We were stood up again without so much as a phone call, a text, or an excuse. Our pool deck is a mess (cracks and half completed repairs) and there is no end in sight or any resolution. We are angry and frustrated. In retrospect I wish we had gone with the more expensive overlay company and not tried to save money with Arizona Overlay. Our attempts at saving a buck have cost us dearly both emotionally and financially with no end in sight. Our association with Arizona Overlay has been a total nightmare.
