Very unprofessional developer, have issues with a home they purchased and flipped. They said HVAC was brand new and installed and had it installed by a hvac "specialist" who had his license revoked. Ductwork on the ground, the blower unit under the house has no drain line for condensation so it dumps in the crawl space, the ductwork is everywhere and doesn't even blow upstairs. This was our first home we bought and I couldn't think of a worse nightmare. I know life works out this way, but for a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPER to do work like this just shows you how UNPROFESSIONAL and such a scam they are. Plumbing under the house has leaks and pipe wasn't even connected. Never changed out rotted wood on porch but instead put new wood and nailed it to another price of wood that sat on rotted wood. Worse developer I've ever seen.
