When you compare service prices side by side, even when it comes to the same trip and the same type of vehicle, it can easily be a case of a... “buyer beware.” The reason is that the things the “less expensive” transportation services are saving on (things that you don’t know about) are things that cost you a lot more if they don’t deliver as advertised.
A company might appear to be cheaper initially, but that may be due to misleading shortcomings that you were not even aware of. Such as:
What type of insurance do they have?
Do they have any, full or minimal insurance?
Are they licensed, are they a proper licensee?
Are their vehicles properly maintained or is the maintenance poor?
Companies that save on the basics can rarely be trusted to deliver the services they promise, and often more than not they are the ones who break down, get lost, arrive late or bring dirty vehicles. When you consider that transportation services are not just about getting from point A to point B but are in the business of keeping customers satisfied, and they are arriving late or bringing a dirty or broken down vehicle – that’s simply inexcusable. Other tricks that can be seen by companies who are not to be trusted is the trick of offering an incredible low price in order to attract business. Sadly this price does not reflect the true cost. In the end you are facing surcharges and fees for things you would think are already paid for.
