Worst AC repair guy in South Texas. We agreed on a outside condenser unit to install for my house. He shows up with another brand of AC. He doesn't have a helper so I have to help him move my old and new unit. His helper finally shows up about 2 hours late and looks like hes been up for a few days. When he changes my evap coil in my attic he installed the screen and piston wrong in my coil. When hes done he charged up my system and my wife immediately noticed a sound. We went and got mr. Brubaker and he said he couldn't hear anything. Then he said the freon pressure was making the sound. He was frustrated by me and my wife asking questions about why our $5000 new system sounds worse than our old one. He told me when the house reached desired temp the sound would go away. The next day I called with no answer. I called another company that cost me another $1500. They had to reweld lines, recover freon, put freon screen in correct location and reinstall right size piston. The guys were amazed by the poor workmanship. A lesson learned for me. But Mr. Brubaker will probably deny this. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this guy for a job please reconsider and put your money to someone that will do the job right and not take your money and run. Mr. Brubaker I think you need to find another line of work because AC work is not your forte. Horrible work ethic even worse attitude. Not to mention the lack of HVAC knowledge and experience. People please call someone else!!!
