Horrible customer service and rude employees. This is the response I got when I reached out about an ongoing magazine shipment error. The original order was placed over 8 months ago:? They finally shipped after we submitted proof then they send the wrong one.
"All packages are checked by two individuals before it is sealed and shipped. We are positive that all 5 magazines were shipped and delivered to the prison. The package was weighed in at 5lbs. by the United States Postal Service. Each magazine weighs in at 1lb. At this time we must ask that you please have the mailroom officer write to our company indicating what was on the receipt did match the contents of the package that arrived. This must be done on prison letterhead and this is the only way we can address the issue. "
When I said that I'd be reaching out to Bbb they said:
"We will await your BBB claim and provide them with all the documented proof. Have a great day. "
