BE CAREFUL- when you call the telephone for Rowe Appliance Repair, it goes to a -Bob- at Shilo -all repairs- at least that is what is his card says when he showed up. Fridge not cooling, came to house vacuumed the back and -supposedly- changed a cable and done, never took anything apart on inside of fridge. 10 minutes of service and 365 dollars-including his discount-. Did NOT fix anything and fridge got worse or hotter. FINALLY called GE Appliance; tech walked in, took one look at things and said simple; your FAN is not working and even showed us the broken fan. Replaced it by dismantling part of inside -no need to open back of fridge like Shilo-Rowe did- and all back to normal and working. GE cost 270 dollars STAY AWAY FROM BOB AND SHILO -all repairs- aka Rowe Appliance Repair.
