The 5280 Human Care Center was designed with healing in mind. We offer a "living room style" therapy setting that helps to foster the development of trust and comfort within the group dynamic. Group therapy may be intimidating for folks as they start the process, however it can be one of the best tools in the therapeutic toolbox. It is an environment where people can begin to understand themselves, how they are connected to others, and helps to provide perspective into one's own life situations.
