I have used Aaron's Cleaning Company several times. The first two times were good. My last service was a deep clean and I was disappointed by the level of service and lack of professionalism. An entire room was not cleaned. He arrived an hour later than scheduled. He asked intrusive questions such as am I married. It made me very uncomfortable. Sophia arrived later and stayed briefly to help. Anthony spent a brief time cleaning the downstairs room and before leaving asked if I needed the trash taken out and for me to check if it does. This was odd. Before leaving he asked if he could take me out to dinner or lunch sometime and I declined. This was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. When I noticed the baseboards, I sent photos to Sophia. She said her workers know to give walkthroughs before leaving and that I should have done a walkthrough. I didn't think I would need to be responsible for making her employees do their job. Sophia said she would come late afternoon the next day. By 5pm the next day, I had not heard from her and sent her a text. She responded at 7pm saying that she was still at another home and would "check on me the next morning". This resulted in a day being wasted during the week of Christmas. I sent her more photos of unclean items in the room and asked her if she could come by a certain time the next morning or refund my money. She admitted the room was not touched/cleaned and asked how much of a refund I was wanting. I requested a full refund due to an entire room not being deep cleaned, other items being missed, and her not showing up without prior notice. I had not even mentioned the unprofessionalism from her employee being inappropriate and asking me out. She stopped responding to me and I never received a refund. The service I received is unacceptable and was stressful during the holiday to say the least. I feel I got cheated. I will not be using Aaron's Cleaning Company again.
