DO NOT USE!!! This business if I should even call that is a complete joke. I called on a Wednesday spoke the lady who answered gave her all my info repeated twice to her appt was set for Friday. I got a call Friday morning and was informed the window was damage and they would be out Monday. So Monday the guy calls and said he would be here between 10:30-11:20. He finally showed up at 12:30. Then he removes the broken window then about 5 mins later he was gone. Yep just left with speaking with me or my husband. He didn't fix the broken window left my car unattended with the keys thrown in the back and the back window completely out!! I'm am not even kidding! I then attempted to call him only to have him clear out my call several times! I finally got ahold of the lady I originally spoke with and she said "oh the window didn't fit. I'm sorry he just left like that, but I think he was just frustrated". I told her my daughter had a doctors appt in an hour and I can't drive the truck like that. This guy who I believe is the owner just left didn't even had the decency to tell me what was going on or offer a temporary fix. The lady than said she had the the materials to come and put a temporary fix and would be here in 20 mins. An hour and half later still not here than I called and called with no answer, until after I left a message threatening to call the BBB (who I will be contacting next) and who ever else will listen, did she final call back. She sends the same guy back to put a thin piece of blue plastic and then he just left again with a word. He final calls me about an hour after he left and feed me lie after lie first saying Range Rover don't sell just the window and he was going to have to get a whole new tailgate then tells me he might have found the window a junk yard. At this point I just wanted it fixed I asked to pls let me know if he was able to get and if he could come back tonight and fix it he said he would. I never heard back from him. I called the next only to have feed me more bs and tell my husband it was out fault and to find someone else to fix it. At this point. I am willing to tell whoever will listen like the BBB and local news.
