Ordered through Jesse twice. First time wasn't bad he did lag but we eventually got our jerseys and they were nice. Second time around was a different story. Wanted to do something different for our jerseys. So we went back and forth on different designs and I eventually picked one. Was pretty simple and honestly looked identical to our previous order from the first time. This order was over $2,000. The first half was sent to him through an invoice right from the beginning. The second half he requested be in cash once they were ready. So he said he could do them in 2 weeks along with everything else we ordered which was going to be perfect for the timing of our season. 2 weeks past and we have not heard from him. He won't answer his phone or text messages at all. It was probably a week or almost two before he got back to us. He finally said they were ready after about a month. He works in Fresno so had the order picked up for me because I live out of town. He got his money in cash and I got the jerseys and the shirts I ordered. The hats weren't ready and neither were the stickers. He said he would have those ready by that Tuesday. I picked up the Friday before. He said he would deliver the rest of the order to me the following week. Once I got the jerseys and looked through everything I noticed that one set of the jerseys were not what I wanted. Our logo was not right and it just looked weird. I also went through our shirts and we were missing quite a few shirts. Called him and told him what was going on. He immediately became defensive before I got even a chance to explain. I basically told him I want a new set of the jerseys that were messed up and even agreed to pay the difference even though I didn't feel like that was fair. He said that I was too indecisive with the jerseys. Then proceeds to say the logo was different than what I wanted because he thought it would look better than the first logo, and he said it would be cheaper doing it the way he wanted. Not once did he ever ask me if it was fine he just did it the way he wanted to. He eventually agreed to fixing them and was going to charge us the difference. He said he would have them done by Friday the following week. He was also supposed to be dropping off the rest of our order that Tuesday. So the week goes on and he doesn't respond at all. That Friday we go to his shop to see what is going on because we need our jerseys and are playing the next weekend. We get to his shop and he says I don't have the jerseys yet I'll have them by Tuesday the following week. Not once did he call us to keep us in the loop. He also didn't have the hats, stickers, or shirts done like he said he would. So we started going back and forth. He claimed I was controlling and that I had him working in a time crunch. However, from the beginning he said he would have it done in two weeks. It has now been 6 weeks. And if he didn't think he could do it in 2 weeks he should have never said he could. So at that point nothing was done so we asked for a refund for everything that wasn't ready including the jerseys he messed up. He was mad we wanted a refund and couldn't understand why. He then stands up and starts walking towards us we step outside. He then proceeds to yell and says I'll give you a refund. So we asked for that in writing because we didn't want to be told that and then nothing happens and we basically get scammed. He said I'm not writing anything down and expect the refund in 3-5 days. Then proceeds to slam the door on us. For one no matter if you're right or wrong that's not how you run a business. He lags, never answers, isn't cooperative, and then wants to act like a fool. Then weeks go by never get a refund but he does text me like 2 weeks after saying that he was refunding me. We were losing over hundreds of dollars because he has a rule that once the order is made he doesn't give back a certain percentage which was never stated before. Another week or two goes by and he texted me saying the refund has been sent and to never text him again and calls me "lady". I then say I didn't want to talk to you in the first place just want my money. He then proceeds to say that's why you're messaging me again, and to get a life. For one who calls someone lady and two he's like a child and has no type of communication skills to save his life. Overall our experience was a nightmare! He takes on too many people just so he can make money and doesn't do his customers right! Don't Order from him!
