The owner starts off very nice and helpful. He told me that the rock he was putting down, you could walk on barefooted, not the case! It tore my dog's pads up! Then, he said that my dogs were drinking the 40 gallons of water out of the water feature he installed, that's why I had to fill it up numerous times a day, that and because I purchased the cheapest one. I asked him to put pavers in my dog pen, he told me how many I needed, I bought what he said, which was way too many. I asked him to put large rocks around my barns, he put them behind one and damaged property doing it. I asked him to come back and redo some of the work. He left a voicemail, after I gave a review on Facebook, stating he was busy and he would get to it when he got to it. He got what he wanted prior to finishing the job. He was paid cash, he also took, for his services as trade, my late husband's truck, his hog cooker and we traded a smaller utility trailer for a bigger one (which he was supposed to put new lights on and finish welding the back gate). The only thing that was done correctly was the fire pit, that's why he's been given 1 star.
