Honest Chef is a small privately owned World Culinary Instructional and Private Party Event Company. Founded by Chef Nicolas Reisini and acting partner Chef Jon Albrecht. Chef Nicolas is a graduate of the esteemed I.C.C. Culinary Academy. He has over a decade as a professional Chef in the Hamptons and is the founder of Honest Chef INC. Chef Jon Albrecht is a 3 decade career Chef and restauranteur ,as well as doing private work and restaurant consulting.
