If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My insurance company assigned them as a provider for a tow. I was told - orally and by text - that it would be 30mins. Two hours pass and I receive a request to share my location. I did - in two different ways - and they claimed I sent it wrong. I sent it the way I always do and it was apparently successful because the only option became to "stop" sharing. I also gave very specific info as to where I was located and sent a pic of the highway sign that was directly in front of me. I also tried calling them eight times (my call log can substantiate) and they refused to answer. They eventually canceled the call claiming they tried looking for me - but they didn't attempt to call me while they were supposedly looking. Power Trac, if you don't want to pick up a call because you're busy, lazy or whatever, that's fine but SAY THAT. Don't have people who are in emergency situations remain stranded because you're dishonest!!
