Found to be very unprofessional with no appreciation for customer.
Zero allowance for extension of warranty based on pandemic. Changed light switch on his own and now won't check why it won't wirk; he did mot request or suggest changing, took upon self.
We prefer professionals who understand circumstances and not hesitate to return 5 min . to assess. Also attempts to bully if paid ny check. "I'll go cash it now" is code for questioning trust. Then I paid with ebit card., resenting the insinuation.
This appears to be one that does not value your business or customers.
