Description: A brief HistoryIt all started three generations back in 1923 when my great grandfather owned a home in Brant Beach, near the old railroad stop. Yes, there was a railroad system that came over a wooden causeway to Beach Haven. My grandparents told me of all the storms that destroyed parts of the island and bridges, but, they kept coming back to rebuild and vacation on LBI. Vacations became longer and eventually, some of the family moved here year around.
