If I could give it a half star I would. I ordered a phone from this company through Groupon and it even though the description for this product reads "fully unlocked" and "100% refundable " I only received ONE email back concerning this issue. No one has responded to me after 12 days so far and I'm stuck with a phone I can't use. I'll never order from this company again. I only wanted to return it because it is not compatible with my phone service.
