Pay is good but not worth what you go through if you have a bad client , they are well aware of the client bullying that goes on toward the assistants and refuse to do nothing . I was an employee for almost a year and during that time was bullied to the point of a nervous breakdown , not wanting to lose my job I continued working . My shifts were 12 hours at night and very few times was my relief on time . I've had to stay 5 hours over waiting on the other aid , they knew all about it and would cover for them and apparently never mentioned anything to aides about being on time because the situation never got any better. Letting hiring recruiter run the business bad idea . Will never recommend anyone to use this company or to work for this person ( business) again . Maybe owner will wake up and start listening.
