Never used these guys before on an FFL. Had parts sent to me from CA. I called them to see if they had arrived yet. The guy answering the phone was rude. Made it sound like they're so busy they can't make courtesy calls to let customers know that they're stuff has arrived. He ramped over everything I said while I was talking and basically told me to take my business elsewhere. I called the place that sent the part to ask them if they'd call this place to have the parts shipped to a new FFL dealer and they told me that this guy called the morning I called him to get a return shipping label to send it back to CA because I refused to come pick it up! What a vindictive POS. It's called integrity and the owners of this place have ZERO.
