Do not hire William aka Billiam aka Bill Johnston owner of Marvel Surfaces. We hired him to replace our kitchen counter, when he installed it, there is a gap between the wall and the counter. We talked about it with him and was going to see if a tile backsplash could cover it. Well it will not. We informed William and he stated that he would make a replacement. Well that was July, this is September.....we contacted him and set up times for him to come out and measure for the replacement counter and he NO CALL/NO SHOW....now he is just ignoring us. We have to file in small claims court......trust me, don't hire him!
