It failed to deliver what it promised, was slow to respond to our complaints, and ultimately admitted that it was unable to deliver what we had paid for. Upon doing more research, we discovered that the company appears to have a pattern of overpromising and underdelivering. Our unit was supposed to have "2TB PCIe SSD" of storage, but It only had 456 GB. We dound out when copying data overnight and the data didn't fit! We have found other reviews with similar bad experiences. HOTT TECH GEEK have many positive reviews, but they are mostly for inexpensive items that they do not configure. I believe their strategy is to correctly sell smaller inexpensive items correctly, to rack up good reviews, then for things like computers, especially those they configure, is where they do things like providing less than the promised customized amounts of storage or memory and hoping the buyer never notices, at least not till it's too late to return it.
