Taylor DiBenedetto... Absolutely a fraud. Worst experience with a lawyer ever. Will steal your money. Paid $2500 for detention hearing after being promised that he will get me out. He didn't even show up to the hearing. Sent another representative. Did NOT get me out. Paid another $2500 for a reconsideration hearing with the promise that he will show up. He once again did NOT show up. Sent a representative and did not get me out. Paid another $2500 for an appeal. Did not get me out. Never negotiated with the prosecutor on my behalf. Found out two more inmates had him as an attorney. One had been in custody for 13 months. The other for 15 months. Never negotiated a plea with the prosecutor of either of those inmates. I fired him, hired another attorney, and that attorney had me released within the month. Do not let this firm steal your money! The best attorney to find is by word of mouth NOT internet advertising.
