Be Warned! IBI Construction should have negative stars. We hired them 6 months ago. They required a lot of money up front and now I fear we are being ripped off (we are filing a complaint with CCB). So much of the work was never done, or done late and/or done shoddily. IBI has had a constant flow of project managers and other employees who either quit or are fired. They were weeks and months late on delivery dates. Sometimes their employees show up unexpectedly and don't know what to do. They built and installed a completely wrong fence. They ordered the wrong doors, then the doors arrived late and broken (they are still sitting on the ground, broken, unpainted and uninstalled). They ripped out a wall and didn't fix it. Their communications are woefully sub-par. We tried to work it out with them several times but got burned. They made promises and didn't keep them. We wanted to end amicably but the owner, Tobi Crooks, doesn't seem to care at all. You'll be sorry if you hire IBI Construction.
