Saigon Avenue is a Vietnamese Restaurant in West Covina, CA Saigon Avenue is a Vietnamese restaurant located in West Covina, CA that is perfect for the whole family. We have been in this industry for quite some time, serving our customers only the very best that Vietnam has to offer and expanding our business to a second location. Set in a warm and friendly atmosphere, we offer friendly and attentive customer service, great prices, and—of course—delicious and authentic cuisine.
