The Dolar Shop specializes in high end Chinese Sichuan hot spicy dishes located in Edison, NJ. We offer only the best quality meats, not those offered by all you can eat spots. Each patron gets their own hot spicy food Cook, Chat, Smile! This is our second restaurant in the east coast. Our first restaurant is in Flushing, established in 2015. Over the years, we have attracted a lot of patrons who value quality over quantity.
